Make the most of your Saturday with a fun and refreshing outdoor experience incorporating gentle, yoga-based movement at a mindful pace, plus tea (iced or hot) and scones, and a dip in the pond if it pleases.
Join Karen of Salt & Sand Studios and Karen & Mick of the Featherbed Inn for this unique, al fresco, seasonal event in a gorgeous landscape.
For locals, visitors, 16 YO and up who'd like to start their day with gentle mindful yoga-based movement followed by refreshments and connection with like-minded people.
If you prefer something other than tea to drink please feel free to BYO. Bring a swimsuit or swim in your yoga clothes for extra refreshment.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary.
- COVID Vaccination.
- Registration (minimum of 2 hours in advance).
- Completed waiver for each new participant (download waiver)
- Bring a mat (we will have a few to borrow) or towel on which to practice.
- Sunscreen and bug spray is recommended.
